Is Eminem, B.o.B, and Kanye West the best rappers today?

I think they're the only three rappers that are actually good. I used to like Lil Wayne and some of his songs, but all he sings about is p*ssy this and p*ssy that. It's all about sex with Lil Wayne. And as for that Wiz Khalifa guy, how is his song Black and Yellow even good? All he does is just say black and yellow over and over again with a bunch of random words made to rhyme.
