How to dress up a T-shirt?

Wear it with really cute flip flops but not dress shoes. Also wear skinny jeans that are girly with a cute belt. If that's not good enough then wear bracelets that match the colors in the shirt. You can't really wear a skirt or anything with it, it won't look good trust me. Unless, you wear a jean skirt, those are way less fancy and are like jean shorts but girlier. You can do that too!
