I have more than 100 skin tags?

for the past 3 years i m noticing skin tags under my breast , neck and abdomen area i m lil bit plumpy so i have folds in my stomach but many skin tags are there more than 100 and its growing in size i went to dermatologist he says its skin tags nothing to wory it wil cme for obese people with larger breasts.But i am stil worypgp
