Can anyone please help me find the title to this movie?

The movie was about A girl in high school who was being teased by girls in her school..she tells her mother but there is no help so she decides not to enter the school after her mother drops her off...she later gets courage and confronts the girls infront of everyone and recieve applause from every one.
