Why doesn't he talk about me anymore?

well, when i went home early from this class im taking and a boy i like stays their longer than me and my cuzens too, i like him and i told my cuzen to tell him if he likes me, the first time he said a lil bit, the second time she asked he said that he loves me, and im pretty hot. ever since my cuzen told me everything the boy i like said about me and he knew that my cuzen told me he doesn't talk about me no more why wont he talk about me no mean comments please
