What was the name of that film?

So i was lil kid and will tell you things what i remember from the film. There was a 2 twin/not twin brothers. One very rich, the other one with split personality. The crazy one was constantly jumping into different funny roles. When they were kids their mother left them. At the end of the film there was a massive cake fight. Very funny film some1 help for the title.Ty in advance. Cant help you with actors or sth like that . I wrote pretty much what i can remember from it. The cake fight was from the big wedding of the normal and rich brother.
