Is there something wrong with my leopard gecko?

I was holding my leopard gecko when she shot a clear liquid out of her butt.she has never done that before is it just a defense mechanism or should I take her to the vet? I checked for inpaction and there are no indicators that that is what it is.she looks very healthy fat tail and no mucus on the nose or slits.
