Is it possible i have genital warts. please answer. im scared?

i have not had sex but i have done everything else including a guy eating me out. is it possible to get genital warts from this or from a guy fingering me? on my labia minora (the inner lips of my vagina) i cant tell if theyre warts. they look like slits. could this be warts?
