Whats Everyone Think Of The Applause Store?

whats everyone think of the applause store thats gives away free audience tickets to shows such as x factor, britains got talent, ant and dec , top gear etc is it genuine as i've applied for loads of shows and still have not had any tickets and i'm a platinum member aswell :)
