The difference between "frentic" and "frenzied"?

Basically, frenetic is used when speaking of a city, or a way of life, etc. Frenzied is usually used when speaking of a person...Mary was in a frenzy getting ready for the wedding. That's not to say that they are sometimes used interchangeably, but that's what I have found.
