Watching the live auditions for x factor in birmingham, what time should i get there for?

Hey, im got tickets through applause, and im going to the live auditions on thursday 2nd june, it starts at 5, and just wondering what time you suggest i get there for, did anyone go last year? and if you know anything like if they have loos or anything? Also, are there things to buy there, like t-shirts or what have you!? thanks, its mega appriciated!
