How can i download pictures when it wont let me?

Okay press the print screen button somewher in the upper right hand corner of the keyboard twice,(its abbreviated) and then open word and hit paste. Next double click the pic. A red tab will open, click it and there you can crop, change size, position, and email, save, whatever.
